1. Customer places an order.
2. Order is received by the participating business.
3. Customer pays through the business's selected payment method.
4. Payment is confirmed by the business or supported provider integration.
5. Business prepares the order.
6. Customer receives a ready notification.
7. Customer collects using a secure collection PIN.
