Seren Nudge uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Functions, and HTTPS communication to protect personal information. We implement role-based access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only.
Seren Tech does not store customer card details. Payment information is handled directly by the business or approved payment providers.

We may share personal information with:
- Participating Businesses: Customer order information is shared with the business fulfilling the order.
- Service Providers: Trusted third-party providers who assist with hosting, communication services, and platform operations.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of the platform.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Under POPIA, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
